Our recipe for traditional pork cocktail sausages with welsh honey and sesame seeds is the ideal party dish or celebratory side. The flavour of the pork sausage meat we use in our traditional butchers cocktail sausages is enhanced by the beautiful natural flavours of the honey and sesame seeds.

Our traditional cocktail sausages are made using only the finest cuts of succulent Red Tractor British pork combined with delicate seasoning, giving you the perfect fusion of quality, flavour and versatility. With a variety of mouth-watering glazes, you can create a gorgeous selection of delicious canapes.

  • Edwards Cocktail Sausages
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 125ml Welsh honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Cooking Instructions

  • Preheat Oven to 220°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 7.
  • Arrange the Cocktail Sausages in a large shallow roasting tin.
  • In a bowl whisk the oil, honey and pour over the sausages ensuring they are all coated in sauce.
  • Move the sausages around throughout cooking.
  • Roast for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and then add the sesame seeds, ensuring that the sausages are cooked throughout.
  • Delicious served warm or cold and great for parties.
